We have spent years building a system that will hopefully answer all of the questions you have about using WordPress - including a comprehensive troubleshooting section, so our best recommendation is to download the plugin and go through the tutorials.
If you have already downloaded the plugin, gone through the tutorials and cannot find the answers you are looking for, then by all means contact us and we'll consider adding a tutorial to the WPTrainMe library if the topic would benefit many WordPress users.
If the plugin is not displaying on your dashboard menu, please go to your “Plugins” section and check to see if it’s installed.
If it’s installed, please check to see if it is active. If not, please activate it and see if this fixes the problem.
If the plugin is installed and active but not displaying on your menu, deactivate and delete the plugin, then reinstall a new copy of the plugin.
To reinstall a new copy of the plugin, please go to the Members login page here:
Login using your username and your password, then go here to download the plugin again:
Select your plugin edition. You will be taken to a page containing specific instructions for that plugin edition. The page includes a download link for the plugin.
Install and activate the plugin following the instructions on the page.
